Societal orientation

In Sweden, there is a law that requires all newly arrived people to receive 60 hours of societal orientation. The courses provide information about Sweden's laws and rules, democracy, equal opportunities, and how Swedish governmental authorities function.

The aim of the course is to provide those of you who are newly arrived with information about what you can do to quickly enter the work force and social life.  You are also provided the chance to discuss and ask questions.
